DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard Delivery
For items in-stock, we use Parcelforce or DPD Couriers; all orders will be processed within 5-7 working days. The standard charge for postage within the UK is £7.50 (This covers parcels up to 5kgs), see below for other region pricing. Our cut off time for orders is 12noon each day, Monday to Friday. If your order is urgent, please call us to check stock availability to ensure next day. You must include your daytime phone number.

Items over 5kgs oversized items incur an additional delivery charge of £5.00.

We are unable to offer next-day delivery to PO Box numbers, as we require a signature upon receipt.

Certain parts of the UK are not eligible for next-day delivery at this cost. These areas are: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Please see individual product pages for any additional delivery time requirements and delivery times.

Backordered Deliveries
Occasionally, it is necessary to deliver items in an order separately. For example, if items in your order are back ordered. In the event this occurs, you’ll be notified in your delivery notification email.

Customised/Bespoke Items

Some items, which are personalised directly by the manufacturer, may require additional time. Please see each product detail page for specific information or contact us by email, or phone for more information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & OTHER REGION PRICING
For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands – we will need to add £15 to your shipping costs. (We will telephone you to take this payment)
For countries within the EU will be charged an additional £20 for delivery.
For US shipping we will need to add £15 minimum extra charge, the parcel will be weighed and a total cost estimate provided.

For other regions, we will contact you with shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY
All items must be returned new, unused and (where applicable) with all garment tags still attached. If the purchase comes in packaging, it must be returned in the original packaging. Full price items must be within 28 days of the purchase, and Sale Price items returned within 14 days. In some cases, you will be offered the right to exchange or a credit note. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns outside of 28 days are only accepted at the discretion of Berkshire Country & Equine Designs Ltd, trading as Royal Berkshire Country & Equine.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Within your parcel you will receive a returns slip which will need to be completed should you wish to send us a return. If this is not enclosed, please call or email us. (returns@royalberksequine.com)

Please note the following when sending us a return:
– Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
– Package the items you are returning in the original packaging.
– Enclose the form with your products in the return parcel.
– Any exchange requests will be shipped to you free of charge.
– Keep a note of tracking numbers relevant to your return.
– The responsibility of the returned goods lies with you until they are delivered to our returns department, so please be sure to purchase sufficient postage insurance.
– Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of return for us to process your request.
